About the Role
Dryland Revival is seeking to add a seasoned Regenerative Landscape Designer to its Sales and Design team. The Design Specialist combines the vision, dreams, and desires of potential customers with the style and approach of Dryland Revival. The Design Specialist helps customers navigate the design and sales process, providing a consistent and knowledgeable point of contact through to point of install. This position designs beautiful, drought tolerant yards while focusing on building functional spaces and fostering community through lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Complete Site Consultations with potential clients
Foster and maintain customer relationships
Create beautiful and functional designs of yards for potential clients (to
scale)
Communicate with potential clients to ensure their needs, wants, and
expectations are met or exceeded by the design created
Create estimates in partnership with other stakeholders based on cost
of materials, labor, plants, and other considerations
Schedule interested clients to complete work in a timely manner with
consideration for the working calendar of the organization.
Leverage knowledge of native plants, beneficial relationships, and
regenerative landscaping techniques
Secure referrals for further business opportunities
Qualifications
1-2 years of Sales Experience
2 Years of Experience designing landscapes
Regenerative and Dryland Landscape Design experience highly preferred
Compensation
$25+/hr + Generous commission package
